Good location Breakfast had good options Bed was comfortable Room was clean

We booked for a one night staycation with our daughter so we wanted to lazy around and not do too much. Room wasn't ready at check in time. Kept being told maybe 10 to 15min but was almost an hour later we were able to check in. We received 2 free drink cards due to this. Booking systems dont seem to match up and talk. We had breakfast included in our package but it didn't show up on their end. Had to show evidence of booking reference.( A few people had similar issues eg parking included and extras not showing up on hotels end) TV had no movie options or wasn't a smart TV so if you wanted to have a movie night you weren't able to. In room dining options were very limited so due to this we went and ate dinner else where.
