Our two-bedroom apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, and provided us with a more authentic stay vs. a large chain hotel. The location was wonderful - we could walk to a few restaurants and there is a great coffee shop -- Chiquitito - just a 7 min walk away. The staff was friendly and available to help day or night. I HIGHLY recommend staying at Frida should you want a little more space than a typical hotel room.

This is a great place to stay for our family and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I’d recommend this property and checking out their other properties around the city as well

Had a great stay overall at this property. The staff was super friendly, check in was easy, and the gym was fantastic for such a small hotel.

Staff went above and beyond to help. Daily room cleaning was a nice surprise. The location was gorgeous.

We arrived at the property 1 hour before checkin. Our room was ready and we’re not sure if there was anyone other than us on the property. Asked if we could go to our room but they insisted it would be $20 more. I have found that in Mexico employees have no authority other than saying no. A small thing but made no sense. Also we asked that no one come in to clean etc but on the day before we left, someone came in to clean and left a gratuity envelope. Really nice property.

Beautiful residence and location. We loved walking all over La Condesa. The staff was very accommodating and the rooftop is amazing.

Great property, amazing room. It was great for my son and myself. It’s also close to restaurants and was an easy walk for morning coffee as well as lunch and dinner. Our room had a lovely patio so we didn’t use the roof garden.

Very new updated with modern amenities aparthotel. In a great location with a convenience store walking distance and light breakfast restaurants by the corner. Safe area with guard at front gate regulating car traffic. This aparthotel has a full kitchen with washer/dryer. It is spacious with separate bedrooms. Very well decorated. The washer may need some finagling to figure out how to work it, however, overall did its job. There is some machinery noise for the building that can affect a light sleeper, however, if you are used to city life this will not bother you. The staff is excellent. There is a basic gym with dumbbell weights and treadmill and stationary bike, enough for a decent work out. The top floor apartment has its own terrace to enjoy, but there is a full common terrace equipped with barbecue and multiple table for all. We would definitely stay here again.
