La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Amarillo West Medical Center

This was listed in Airbnb, stay away from this place especially if you have young kids. It’s dirty, run down, and the manager is rude! Rooms are very dirty. The whole place is nasty. I don’t know how this hotel passes inspection and still open! They say the rooms are clean, I don’t know who cleans them but my dog would do a better job at cleaning! There was another lady same day wanting her money back because her room was gross as well. Also, homeless people around the area. Don’t believe the pictures posted on their website!!!!!

Breakfast was subpar, outside was dirty some places smelled of urine, felt unsafe, 1st room they had us in had a broken window looked pryed open and locks were broken.

EVERYTHING. Rooms are absolutely filthy. Stains on mattresses, couches and sheets. Floors were sticky and dirty. Shower was dirty. Broken glass all over outside stairs. Sketchy people everywhere.

Watch your card like I hawk. They way over charged ended up with 3 transactions that they say will be fixed when the manager comes in. Tried to say booking.com did it but I was able to prove the charges came directly from them. The room was very dirty, coffee pots are not complete and they dont have extras available to switch out. The beds are like 3 ft tall not suitable for most kids. The beds are not comfortable at all.They only give one set of towels.

Absolutely appalling experience. When we arrived, we checked into our first room and were shocked by the condition of it. The bathroom was dirty, paint was peeling and falling off the walls, and the overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. We raised our concerns with staff and were moved to another room, but unfortunately things only got worse. The bed sheets and towels in the second room were covered in what appeared to be human bodily substances, making the room completely unhygienic and unusable. We took photographs of everything and reported the issues immediately. The hotel acknowledged our complaints and informed us that we would be receiving a refund. However, after submitting our claim, they have now refused to honour what we were told, despite the photographic evidence clearly showing the unacceptable condition of both rooms. The standard of cleanliness was shocking, and the handling of the complaint afterwards has been equally disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

The charged me for a queen bed. They only have Full size. Liars

no coffee provided in the room . Breakfast was o.k. but the orange juice was not even cold.

Hotel switched my room and gave me two full size beds instead of two queen. Room was dirty! Sheets and blankets had stains and looked as if they had not been washed. The towels were the same with visible stains on them. Bathroom ceiling had black mold forming all over it. Hotel also charged me some $50 holding fee and when questioned about it, I was assured it would be reversed after checkout. This fee has not been reversed and I plan to dispute the charge.

Pay extra for another hotel. Avoid this hotel !!! Rooms are dirty , the towels were dirty gray and not folded (they looked previously used and put back on the shelf ) The whole place is nasty
