"A treat! Would definitely stay here again!!!"

This was a clean, beautiful suite! It came with a kitchen area and provided everything you might need to cook and clean up afterwards. The beds were soft, the bathroom was clean and the design overall was beautiful. I felt safe.

The only thing was the curtain in the bedroom was missing a panel and me and my mom had to tie a sheet over the window so the parking lot guests could not see inside our room. Also the chef making breakfast was extremely RUDE.

Everything. Sherron and Stacey went above and beyond helping us. When we arrived on Tuesday, we had updated our reservation, but for some reason, it did not come over from booking to the Hilton. Stacy worked going what she could do as a manager, found the updated reservation and pushed it over. She and Sharon did not have to do that. We’ve never had a problem with booking, but this could’ve been an absolute catastrophe and they made it perfect.
