Buen trato y buenas instalaciones, con azotea y vistas a la ciudad. La habitación muy cómoda y bien equipada.

A pesar de que la habitación estaba muy bien, el baño tenía un olor muy fuerte a cañería. Recomendaría que lo arreglaran cuanto antes para no estropear la buena estancia.

Nothing. Although they gave us a room with a terrace on the top floor of the block, we couldn’t sleep because of the ‘SEWAGE SMELL’. The terrace and everything else were very dusty and dirty. Two days before our arrival, the host informed us that check-in was not available after 7 pm and that, if we wished to check in, we were OBLIGED TO BOOK AN AIRPORT TRANSFER and forced us to pay 35 euros. The person we paid the 35 euros to met us AFTER WE HAD GOTTEN OFF THE PLANE – just imagine the stress we went through. THE BUILDING IS ON THE RUNWAY, THE LOCATION IS VERY FAR FROM EVERYWHERE, NOT CENTRAL AT ALL. THEY CHARGED US EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS, WE WERE LEFT WITH A SEWAGE SMELL, AND THE MANDATORY AIRPORT TRANSFER COST 35 EUR

Room 9 HAS SEWAGE SMELL. MANDATORY AIRPORT TRANSFER 35 EUR. Location is not the city centre/old town. Dirty.

Es céntrico y para ir andando es muy buena ubicación.

La falta de comunicación con el personal.

As atendentes foram muito atenciosas.

No check-in a veneziana da janela não fechava totalmente, o funcionário disse que viriam para resolver o problema, posteriormente mandei mensagem duas vezes mas ninguém foi arrumar. O quarto fica muito claro e restringe a privacidade, já que do outro lado da rua tem outros prédios residências.
