Barradas Parque Hotel & Spa

El hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones y un parque muy hermoso donde se puede pasar muy bien. Como aporte comento que el lugar para el desayuno por momentos puede hacerse un poco limitado y obliga ( como a nosotros que éramos dos)que te sugieran ocupar ciertos lugares para dejar otros libres para familias de 4 o más integrantes . Es el primer hotel en que lo veo.

Facilities are great. Very nice and quiet area. Not within easy walking distance of any restaurants.

We checked into the hotel on the 29th Dec and stayed until the 2nd January 2019. The front desk staff at Baradas Parque Hotel was very friendly and helpful including the bells boys. We were very impressed. They allocated us to our suite, number 127 and we were very much satisfied with the space and its location, very comfortable bed and a warm and homely feeling all around. The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned but has character and we loved it. It’s located in a peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by pretty houses. We were impressed by its beauty. The breakfast was nice and diverse and all three waiters that we saw were friendly. Unfortunately the service at the breakfast restaurant was slightly disorganized and somewhat poor and it requires management input as the staff seemed lost on how to please your guests and their requests. Replacing the empty trays at 9:50am would be a great start. We whiteness the experience for 3 consecutive days. Overall we had a great time staying there and enjoying all facilities including the 3 swimming pools & restaurant at the hotel.

We arrived on the 29th Dec and stayed until the 2nd January. The receptionist at Baradas Parque Hotel was friendly and quick. They moved us to room 3 without question after we had a small complaint about the room - the carpet had been recently cleaned and was still a little damp. The new room was perfect as it had wooden flooring. We had a view to the pool, which was beautiful, but a little noisy if you wanted a quiet escape. But the super-comfortable beds and pillows made for a great night sleep. The venue itself is quite dated but has character, it feels homely. It’s located in a peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by pretty houses. We were impressed by its beauty. The two outside and one inside pool offer great opportunities to relax. The hotel provides a small gym, fast working internet, and even a nursery and playground for the kids. The breakfast options are plentiful and is quite delicious. The two waiters are friendly and hard-working. One suggestion - they need definitely cereal bowls instead of the tiny glasses they offered. Unfortunately, the service at the breakfast restaurant was slightly disorganised and somewhat poor, and requires management input as the staff seemed lost on how to please guest requests. Replacing the empty plates would be a great start. Minor complaints for a mostly positive experience. This was our experience for three consecutive days. Overall, this is a charming, quiet, family-friendly hotel. We felt blessed.

Hotel situado numa vizinhança tranquila, quarto confortável e equipe gentil. O café da manhã deixa de desejar, poucos itens e de qualidade mediana. Cobrar pelo estacionamento interno 10 dólares injustificável.

This property, although a bit dated, is comfortable and beautiful in its own way. I would have preferred to stay directly on the beach, but that's challenging in Punta for a variety of reasons. This place proved to be just right for our family of five. The pools were peaceful and provided a nice way to spend the afternoon. The staff was outstanding - truly there to help you with any of your needs. The beach was a five min walk. The beds with their white sheets and fluffy pillows were to die for and made our nights super restful. Overall, this was a great four-night stay right before Christmas before everything gets crazy here.

Nice location and friendly staff. Breakfast could be organized a bit earlier. Most of the people want to leave the hotel at 8:00 am, if they came for business or conference. And for me food was with too many sweet dishes. But nice lemonade and other juices.
