Avevo chiesto un upgrade della stanza con una superiore, mi hanno fatto pagare l'upgrade dandomi semplicemente la stessa tipologia di stanza con vista strada secondaria

While the hotel is in a great location and has great sized rooms this was a very unfortunately eventful stay. Within minutes of checking in my girlfriend’s phone was stolen by pickpockets while waiting for the elevator to go upstairs to our room. The hotel was basically unable to help us and refused to look at security footage until we had filed a police report. 15 mins later we got a call from the hotel that a staff member had “found” the phone on a stairway we didn’t go on and the phone was returned missing the SIM card and the hotel staff saying “it was strange”. The power has also gone out and even 30 minutes after the power was on, WiFi was still out. The fire alarm was set off during our stay as well, with little communication from the staff as to what was going on.

Se equivocaron en los pagos y pague 5 veces 3 habitaciones. No enviaron las facturas y la verdad que fue pésimo ese tema.

La ubicación y la atención muy bien

El colchón era cómodo y las almohadas buenas

A los pies de la cama no había sitio para pasar bien,la televisión estaba a un lado ,no estaba de frente a las camas,la ventana pequeña y oscura daba a un patio de luces todo lleno de rejas enormes ,parecía una cárcel,según entras e la habitación está el lavado de frente,muy extraño la habitación pequeña,ya le dije a la encargada todas las quejas y esa habitación tendría que ser más barata 295 euros una noche me parece carisima
