Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park

We went in winter, so would be unfair to mark points off for that. Will be amazing in summer. Love the fact our cabin had its own bbq. Right on the beach. Facilities were excellent (again more so in summer). The staff were so friendly. Great for kids. We will definitely be back in summer.

Not necessarily the properties fault, but there really is not a lot walking distance. So like takeaways, restaurants, pubs, etc.

Bathroom requires heating

The staff were amazing. The property was clean. The bathroom facilities were good, but needed more attention as they were not clean during the day.

Kids would ride scooters along the verandahs of the Shaks early. They weren’t supposed to be up there. Also, people speed through the park, which is very unsafe. There is also nowhere to park outside Shak 1, and parking is not clearly defined.

The cabin was very comfortable and clean, the linen crisp. The location was very convenient with beautiful beaches. The river was very low though so fishing or kayaking wasn't an option on this occasion.

They charged me an extra $50 for my pet staying with us, although I mentioned that when I booked and the money had already been paid in full with Bookings.com. I said they did not stipulate that on bookings and they said, 'it's not there', it felt like it was just a way to make more money. I also told them the light for the bbq area wasn't working but they didn't come and fix it.

Tent was nice and cozy. My kids loved it.
