Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park

I loved the location - so easy to drive to, close to other towns. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The possum that got into my room, many times overnight. See, the safari tents are super cute and lovely. They even have a bathtub! Problem is, the bathroom part of the tent isn’t fully sealed off to the outside (for ventilation purposes, I think?) and a possum found his way in from the rain many times one night… including scampering across the bed.

The property was not as advertised, not as reviews indicate. Not clean or tidy. It was a shock when I got there. I complained about the state of facility to the council who owns it, a representative came out and I, with council representative and 2 staff members endured an inspection highlighting all the issues. Overpriced and an allround very upsetting, disappointing experience and a terrible waste of my money. I am sure changes have been made due to my experience but I certainly would not chance returning.

they confirmed my booking and i drove three hours to get there and then they cancelled and told me they don't do Sunday check ins. they left me homeless and i had to find another place to stay.
