L'emplacement et le cadre. Piscine agréable, personnel attentionné et bonne cuisine.

Moustiquaire un peu petite.

Heerlijke rustgevend plek om even bij te komen in een leuke omgeving. Prima ligging, wel wat afgelegen maar dat is juist fijn. Heerlijk zwembad en de bungalows zijn ruim. Vreselijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en prachtig uitzicht over de Mekong.

Bed was net beton, hadden om zachter matras gevraagd en werd keurig geregeld!

Plusieurs petits bungalow tenu par une ONG. Le personnel est en formation et les personnes sont très prévenantes. L’hébergement se trouve vraiment dans la campagne cambodgienne. Nous y avons également très bien mangé. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’un court de yoga compris dans le prix de la chambre.

Prévoyez les bouchons d’oreilles car la nuit il y a des bruits de la nature ( chiens qui aboient, musique matinale dans le village voisin etc …)

This stay was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering the great potential of the place. The accommodation feels worn, but many issues are not about finances — they are about staff attitude and management. The resort presents itself as a social enterprise focused on training disadvantaged students, which is a great idea. However, in practice, the standards and guidance seem inconsistent. Ironically, the local maintenance worker showed the most professional attitude and spoke excellent English, even better than some staff at reception or in the restaurant. The food itself is very well prepared, but the dining experience suffers due to inattentive service. There were moments when several tables were waiting to order or had empty glasses while staff appeared distracted. Because of the positive mission behind the project, guests are naturally more forgiving. However, when basic care and initiative are missing, it becomes difficult to remain understanding. The swimming pool was another example — fallen leaves and debris were left in the pool for days, despite this being a very simple task. This was my sixth visit to Cambodia, and while I truly wanted to like this place, the lack of engagement from the staff made it a disappointment. With better management and attitude, this resort could be something truly special.

Fijn huisje in de natuur, hele vriendelijke en behulpzame staff. Fijn dat we een scooter konden huren omdat het wel 40min scooteren van kampong cham is, wel een mooie route om het authentieke platteland te zien.

Het avondeten in het restaurant had geen goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het avondeten was niet top, het ontbijt daarentegen was wel echt goed.
