"Sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Urlaubsatmosphäre"

Sehr hübsches Haus, toll gelegen, großzügige Zimmer/Suiten, perfekt sauber. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und vor allem ist das Personal herausragend nett! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl!

Das Personal ist besonders positiv zu bewerten. Immer freundlich und es wurde auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Top!!! Die Sauberkeit des Hause ist ebenfalls positiv zu bewerten. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmsten empfehlen ☝️👍

Ich hatte im Vorfeld angefragt, wie der Treppenbelag ausgestattet ist. Da ich eine sehr alte Hündin habe, sollte es auf keinen Fall ein rutschiger Untergrund sein. Dies wurde mir auch telefonisch zugesagt.Die Mitarbeiterin sprach von Teppichboden. Den habe ich allerdings nicht vorgefunden. Das war natürlich alles andere, als gut. Darüber habe ich mich ziemlich geärgert.

"Tolles Hotel mit super Ausstattung & sehr freundlich"

Sehr netter Empfang & sehr aufmerksam (unsere Tochter mochte Tomaten & hat dann extra ein kleines Schälchen bekommen)

Lage in Archsum ist etwas weit weg von Kampen/ Westerland etc, dh man braucht ein Fahrrad oder Auto - Bus fährt auch, aber nicht sehr oft

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen usw nach Wunsch, der liebevolle Service von Kerstin, Otto/Peter ? und die jüngere asiat. Dame war top. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Kühlschrank vorhanden und bei Bedarf war ein Getränke- kühlschrank im UG mit Bier, Wein, Wasser......

Leider mussten unsere Ebikes im freien stehen. Und da es öfters mal ordentlich regnete, war das nicht optimal. Auch war bei dem spärlichen Radständer leider keine Lademöglichkeit. Ansonsten zweiter und letzter Kritikpunkt war, daß der Boden nur sehr spartanisch gesaugt wurde... Ansonsten alles ok.

Wir wurden von Anfang an verwöhnt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war so lecker und wurde liebevoll serviert. Ich habe selten so eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt! Alles war sehr gepflegt und besonders! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft, leider keine Gaststätte und in der Nähe ebenfalls keine Restaurants. Einziges Restaurant hatte leider Ruhetage… Personalmangel auch hier angekommen…

All very good. Friendly accommodating staff. Whatever you wanted for breakfast prepared directly for you, no waste. Sat outside to enjoy. Free off road parking. Gardens to enjoy. All positive.
