The arrival greeting at reception was lovely welcome drink and special beads received as a gift. The room was divine.

The only one concern I had was a senior staff member not wanting to give me change, by saying they only gave change to customers staying the hotel. Not quite sure how to take that to be honest lol. When I explained I was a customer staying he went in to say .. he had no change. This was a little frustrating as all I wanted was 5 x 100 Rp.

All the staff were amazing! From welcome to checkout everything was perfect! Suraj was extremely professional and helpful during our 3 night stay. The room was beautiful and accommodated my 80 year old mother-in-law, husband and I with plenty of personal space. Food at their restaurant can’t be faulted, lots of options and accommodated all our dietary restrictions. We felt very peaceful and calm staying at Sterling, the after Arti just added that extra special experience for us. Massage in their wellness spa is a must to try!
