Not enough pots for induction

The house was huge with plenty of space and brilliant views. The beds are comfortable and the communal areas are perfect for a large group.

Although everything else was very clean, the floors had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. A few more dinner plates are needed as there were only 11 plates and the house caters for 10 people. The freezer on the main fridge did not work properly - luckily there was a spare fridge/freezer in garage.

Beautifully renovated house with water views. Has the potential to be a luxury style accommodation. The size is perfect for a family/group trip. 4 bathrooms which makes sharing easy. The pool is a lovely addition and especially great when weather outside is poor. Quiet location and bright house which makes the stay relaxing. 10 minute drive from Nelson Bay.

The property was poorly cleaned which was extremely disappointing. There were beds that were not changed/cleaned. These sheets had very visible stains and felt and looked used ( this was reported to the realestate, cleaners attended next day to change) The cushions upstairs were dirty and even have mould growing on them. Although advised the floors had been cleaned, there was dirt visible and our feet were black when walking around the house. Photos were sent to the realestate. You are supplied with 2 days worth of toiletries for a week stay and 1 set of towels provided for each room with no option of change. Fully equipped kitchen but not all pan/pots are suitable for the induction cook top so you are left limited to what you can use. The property has great potential and I would rate highly if the place was maintained to the standard it costs. It’s the small details that other Airbnb or private owners supply which make a stay outstanding and worth coming back.
