Dat is een fijn hotel. Modern, rustig en schoon. Het eten is ook goed. Het personeel is echt vriendelijk.

Property looks nice and clean on pictures.

We reported issue with sewage door in bathroom 3 Times and they were not able to provide us with resolution. After first report, they told us that issue was resolved, which wasn’t true. We reported second time, bathroom was cleaned again and refreshed however odor came back again. We were not able to enjoy room fully. After massage you want to have nice time in bath top and not stinky experience. When we checked out, we again mentioned odor and reception informed us that technician didn’t come due to celebration (so why they tell me that issue was resolved after first report?) No resolution was provided, which had negative impact on our experience.

В остальном отель прекрасный. Номера стильные и комфортные, кровать огромная, большой балкон со стульями, панорамные окна, ванна, которую я даже приняла один раз. Недочеты, которые я описала ниже лично на мой комфорт не повлияли. Убираются прекрасно каждый день без напоминаний. Все очень вежливые и готовы помочь. Несколько раз заказывала еду в номер, тоже все оперативно и быстро приносили. Две большие бутылки воды обновлялись каждый день. В номере был чайник, приборы и кофе/чай.

Видно, что отель уже уставший. На римских шторах пятна и разводы, на стенах кое-где какие-то желтые потеки небольшие и сколы. Думаю это связано с тем, что в этом месте часто идут дожди и большая влажность. Но считаю, что косметические огрехи можно было поправить. В бассейне особо никто не плавал и он не выглядел сильно чистым, скорее атмосферным чисто для фото. Сам отель располагается в отдалении от центра. И дорога совсем не удобна для того, чтобы добираться домой пешком, особенно вечером, когда темно. Для меня это оказалось главным недостатком.

It's a perfect hotel surrounded by beautiful nature,rice field. We had a jungle view from our balcony. Staff It's amazing, very kind and helpful. Cleaning your room depends on you, even every day .Amazing food and great massage.

I like the coziness there.

What I didn’t like is that i had to pay shuttle from airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport it’s not included . Also our flight was quite earlier they didn’t even ask if we need breakfast to take with us.
