Apartamento moderno junto a la Gran Via

Location waa perfect and the flat was beautiful and complete with everything needed. Hosts was very attentive.

Juat the elevator that disnt atop on the level of the flat . Luggage needed to go up the stairs but not much of a concsrn.

The flat is great, central but quiet. It has plenty of space and has everything you need. Great TV with all the streaming options. It is very close to many restaurants and within walking distance of most sightseeing attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the most perfect apartment!! The location, the price, and the hosts are something I’m convinced you won’t find anywhere else. Milli and Eitan were so quick to respond and beyond accommodating. The apartment was stylish and exactly what we needed after traveling for 2 weeks in different cities. It had an artistic feel and was the perfect home in Madrid for a few days of exploring. It was located in the perfect spot for easy, quick walks to shopping and transportation pick ups. I would highly recommend!!

Great location, tasteful decor.

The manager in charge of the property was unresponsive and unhelpful in many instances. For example, when we arranged a meeting time to pick up keys after we arrived, they were very late to the pickup time and didn’t respond to text messages. Additionally, out of the provided keys, one pretty much is nonfunctional and wouldn’t unlock the door to the apartment without extreme force, and when we texted asking the manager for help it took 20 minutes for them to even respond to the issue and by then we’d managed to get the door open. The worst part about the apartment was the absolutely demonic shower; the shower didn’t seem to understand the concept of a temperature setting, and would randomly blast cold water instead of hot water. Our showers ended up with us standing away from the water, and briefly dipping in when it became warm and then retreating when it inevitably became freezing.
