A localização é top demais, no coração da Vila, com suas lojas e restaurantes; dá para circular a pé de boa! Equipe super atenciosa, menção especial ao Helder, barman da piscina...

Amei tudo!!!..A pousada é linda e aconchegante. Nada a reclamar. Super recomendo. Não irão se arrepender.

O que eu mais gostei da acomodação foi o conforto e a tranquilidade do ambiente. O espaço era bem organizado, limpo e proporcionava uma sensação de descanso e bem-estar.

O que eu menos gostei foi que alguns detalhes poderiam ser melhorados, como a manutenção de alguns itens.

Ficamos no réveillon. Naturalmente é um período mais caro. A localização da pousada é ótima. Funcionários tb foram cordiais. Achei a cama um pouco desconfortável, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado meu sono.

The pousada is beautiful and very well located, close to the center and many restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good overall, but there were many mosquitoes around and the food was not covered, which felt quite unhygienic. They arranged a nice quad tour with partners and a very enjoyable boat trip for us. The location is very good.

Some of the ladies at the reception were very rude. The door in my room had a broken wooden piece and I hurt myself on it and ripped my shorts. When I went to the reception to explain what happened, the lady was quite rude and reacted in a very defensive way, simply giving me a plaster. The next day the door was still not fixed and nobody asked if everything was okay. I did not feel the management handled the situation in a friendly or helpful way. A few members of the staff were kind. The pool was very dirty and green on the day we arrived, so we did not use it at all. The bar was often empty and there was usually nobody there. The breakfast had a lot of mosquitoes around and the food was not covered. The fruit selection was also very poor.
