I confirmed weeks ahead of time that we could secure our luggage onsite prior to check in time.

We showed up at the time I stated our arrival would be as shown in the app but was not able to access the property. I called the manager a few times without the person ever answering the call. I texted multiple times asking for them to call me back. We stood outside of the unit for at least 30 minutes with the manager finally stating we needed to continue to wait for someone to finish their errands and then drive over to meet us. A car parked in front of the unit had a window bashed in and there was a lot of graffiti directly across the street. It was not a nice area, heavily industrial. My daughter got bit by several ants so we just picked up our luggage and left.

Location to airport good. Loved the verandah to spend time having a drink with family after a day out sightseeing.

There seemed a lack of Attention to the maintenance of items, such as broken/ loose toilet seat, toaster not working and some new pillows. In saying this, once we informed the host she was attentive to rectifying the issues.

Ownere tried to give us room in a different location. Door handle broke when we tried to get back in after going out. We wasted a lot of a short time there trying to get things straightened out. She move dis to other location, but we found there is really nothing (restaurants, shops) around either location.

Close to shops

Kitchen lacked some spoons, breakfast was poor. Didn’t know how to use the coffee percolator.
