Château de Fontanges

Je suis arrivé très tard le samedi soir mais l'accueil était vraiment sympathique malgré l'heure, je recommande et je reveindrais là bas dans les prochaines semaines

Lieu très agréable et personnel charmant.

le lieu est joli, parking facile devant l'établissement,accès rapide à Rodez piscine neuve et agréable bien pour une étape

la réception de l'hôtel décalée par rapport à l'entrée du bâtiment, une ambiance un peu plate salon de repos dans un couloir la salle du petit déjeuner pas assez claire et anonyme il faut demander des oeufs ou omelette car rien n'est proposé le 4* ne se justifie pas dans les prestations

This hotel looks amazing but ultimately was a little disappointing. With more attention to detail it could be outstanding. Specifically:- Tepid shower which we could not get to heat up properly. Lack of wardrobes or hanging spaces in our room (unless we missed it). Lack of staff, especially at the bar. This got very frustrating as we would literally have to go and find someone to serve us. Poor standards at the bar. When we were served our obviously inexperienced bar steward poured fresh drinks into our dirty glasses which we had brought back to the bar. There was a total lack of 0.5L glasses and the few that there were, were located on the top shelf which our bar steward couldn't reach. Lack of choice in the restaurant - no menu and there were literally just two starters, main courses and desserts. In fairness, the food we had was good but anyone expecting a normal evening menu would be disappointed.

Hotel soit disant 4 étoiles. Pas de climatisation, décoration inexistante - chambre vieillotte - aucun charme - produit shampoing - lait pour le corps inexistant.

Le jardin n'est pas du tout entretenu, c'est dommage... On devait passer a travers des herbes hautes pour arriver a l'accès vers nos chambres par l'arrière du bâtiment.
