Very clean… the pool was a great temp! We will stay here whenever we’re in Loveland/Ft Collins from now on. No complaints at all!

The beds were comfortable.

The front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE. I questioned why we would have to pay for an open parking lot with no security. She said there was security and parking was only $6 now. She said all the hotels charged for parking here. That’s not true as I have stayed in Loveland many times and have never paid for parking. I said I would go to a better hotel next time for the price I was being charged, she agreed that the Courtyard was a much nicer hotel than this one. Boy, how she is right about that! The rooms are old and dark and have an unpleasant odor. Front desk basically ruined the stay for us. We will never choose this hotel again. There are so many other options here that are better and the staff is NICER! Customer service goes a long way in both directions.

The outside is very nice, but the inside is old and tired. The bathroom sink leaks and the pipes rattle.
