Also der Aufenthalt war super aber gleich vorne weg es gibt nicht also viel zu sehen aber wenn man es ruhig mag und Japan kennlernen möchte super Ort zum übernachten.

The tatami room are very cool.

The fridge and the bathroom were both dirty. Small food pieces in the fridge and mold in the bathroom. We had some difficulties drying clothes after washing them as it has a drying room that operates of the heat pump out-feed. There was also some dust in the house.

-convenient location Takaoka Station about 7 mins walk Restaurants about 3 mins walk (options limited though) Supermarket to buy ingredients about 10 mins walk -toilet and bathroom very clean, with a bath tub -kitchen utensils enough for cooking (pot, fry pan, knives, rice cooker, kettle, plates, bowls, cups) ☆my family appreciate this a lot! It didn't provide seasoning or oil though.You can go to the nearby supermarket for shopping. -a washing machine -beautiful old Japanese style house with comfortable tatami. Some comments here said there were dusts, but I found none during my stay. It was very clean.

-Some instructions are only in Japanese. If you don't understand Japanese, you may have a little problem figuring out where some utensils are or how to use some facilities. -The main room is next to another smaller room, which makes the space too large, so the air-conditioner heats it up very slowly. It may be better if there are doors(?)or curtains to separate the rooms.

The house is quite cold during winter even though the heater is switched on

The ambiance is very typical of an old Japanese house and the price is very cheap. Smells of moth ball and old furniture. Very big house, very convenient.

The neighbours are sensitive to human voice but not to train sounds apparently. Beware if you talk in front of the house, after 20, she will appear in less than a minute telling you to shut up. Cleaning is okay but they forgot hair in the sink.
