Bentinck Apartments

Generally a very good spot, very clean, great price and very helpful hosts. Only snag was the shower shampoo and shower gel dispensers weren't refilled for our stay but I'm sure the cleaning team just most likely forgot. Wouldn't put me off staying there again

Very nice apartment with everything you need and 20 mins walk to central Newcastle. Lovely decor and very cosy and clean. Netflix on TV and YouTube also which was nice bonus! Good location with lots of food places and quiet apartment too

Shower could not be removed and very low pressure

Everything was great. no problems

Beds were VERY uncomfortable. the mattresses were old, horrible sleeping experience, painful even. you could feel each individual spring poking at your back. Heating system was weird i would turn off after a couple of hours after pressing the button and you had to press it again.

LOCATION WAS OK, BIT OUT OF TOWN. NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH LITTER ON DOORSTEP. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

SETTEE COULD BE MORE COMFORTABLE WITH CUSHIONS, BED LINEN LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN THROWN ON, PLUS JUST AN ILL FITTING SHEET STRAIGHT ONTO THE MATTRESS, NEEDED A TOPPER FOR SOME CUSHIONING. I WOULD SUGGEST THE APARTMENT NEEDS A DEEP CLEAN, IT JUST LOOKED LIKED IT HAD JUST BEEN WIPED OVER IN PLACES. i RUN MY OWN HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION AND I THOUGHT IT WAS A BIT BELOW STANDARD
