Grupotel Playa Camp de Mar - Adults Only

Where would you like me to start? The views from the moment you walk into the reception, bedrooms (sea view), pool area- magnificent, all meals (breakfasts & dinners - what a selection & great quality, entertainment - different types every evening, along with daily quizzes in the afternoon around the pool area. Also, the staff in all areas of the hotel were so friendly & helpful - nothing was a problem.

If I had one criticism, it was the mad rush every morning to book beds by the pool (although you probably find this in every holiday hotel). On our last morning, I noticed people queuing for the doors to the pool area to open (7am) at 6.45am. As I said, this probably happens in every hotel, but surprised to see it happening at a (Adults only) 4* establishment....but it wouldn't stop us from going back to the Grupotel Playa Camp de Mar again.

The room was very nice, clean and serviced daily. Excellent shower, plenty of plug sockets. Bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. The food quality was ok. Staff were super-friendly and helpful. We made good use of the table tennis facility in the gym! The location is really nice, right on the beach with a couple of supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants nearby.

I hadn't realised it was a self-service restaurant and although there was plenty of choice, it felt very much like a canteen. The food quality was just ok. We had booked for half board but after the first night we ate out for the remainder of our stay.

I have never stay in a room so small. No space to move. Clostrophobic!

Close to the Beach Bus Station to visit Palma by Public Transportation Good variety of breakfast options inkl. Oatmilk and Matcha Milk from Oatly Cleaning service every day

The Target Group is elderly people I had ants in my room although I did not have any food It’s an old building and interior is moderate, the price per night is too expensive for what it has to offer

Otunba (restaurant manager of 20+ years) made my holiday 😄. I came to this hotel as a solo traveller and was very anxious. However, he, along with all staff made me feel safe and looked after. The lifeguard (all round help by the pool ) was so kind , professional and couldn't do enough. I have never been to a hotel where all staff appeared happy 😊 customer service makes a holiday, and I can see why many people I spoke to have been coming for 20+ years. The hotel is spotless, food great, views, out of this world. It truly is a sanctuary, a place to get away from reality and feel connected, safe and surrounded by nature and kindness. I will be back for sure. Thank you so much

Would highly recommend Grupotel in Camp de Mar. Wonderful location,on the sea front.The hotel is lovely with a relaxing,no fuss vibe providing everything that makes a holiday special.Staff were kind and friendly.Rooms cleaned every day . Plenty of sunbeds, beautiful clean swimming pool. Food was delish,great selection for both breakfast and dinner,selection of fresh fruit ,fish and bread was outstanding.Loved the selection for dessert also. Would definitely recommend Grupotel Camp de Mar to family and friends

We first stayed at this hotel last year and returned this year again, the locations is lovely and suited our holiday , ist a very relaxed place and this reflex the hotel and the area. we asked for a twin room on the 2nd floor sea view which was really nice, the room was spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff were amazing, very friendly and eager to help. we thought our cost for the hotel/holiday was very reasonable. We found the hotel and the area was very quiet at night( undisturbed sleep) The service at the hotel was excellent. The amenities were fine for us, entertainment was also fine during the day the hotel had arranged things like bingo, quizzes ect, evening show for night time.the food was amazing to many choices to say, all taste catered for. age 60+ we are looking to return next May, cant wait. if your looking foe a quiet relaxed holiday then I would recommend this hotel.
