Il momento del check in è stato fallimentare. Questo non può essere fatto ad ogni ora quindi i responsabili della struttura hanno indicato uno storage "vicino" (in realtà a circa un kilometro dalla struttura) che - questa è stata la spiacevole novità - è costato 4 Eur per un paio d'ore di ricovero del trolley. Come ? La struttura ha una carenza ed il costo di tale carenza ricade sul Cliente ? Bizzarro... Inoltre, quando siamo finalmente arrivati per il check in nella struttura, c'era ancora personale che puliva nella stanza... Ah...lo storage apre solamente alle 10 del mattino !!

Der Kontakt war sehr nett, ein bisschen verwirrend sind nur die Hinweise auf die Kaution von 200 EUR, die im Vorfeld überall genannt werden, aber dann doch nicht hinterlegt werden müssen. Das Appartement ist riesig, alles ist sehr sauber und sogar der Frühstückstisch ist schon gedeckt. Das Haus ist mitten in der Stadt in einer für Lissabon typischen kleinen Straße. Es gibt eine komplette Küche. Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann vielleicht, dass die Straßenbahn direkt am Haus vorbei fährt (aber es ist die 28 ;-) ). Und für alle, die touristische Unterkünfte in der Stadt ablehnen, die Wohnraum vernichten: Diese Unterkunft ist leider so ein Fall, jedenfalls sieht es wie ein ganz normales Wohnhaus aus.

Nice location next to 28 tram. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Easy access to sites. Very clean and modern inside.

Great location. Fantastic service. A home away from home.

I was very impressed with the apartment, it was newly furnished with everything I needed for my stay. Location was good 28 tram stopped right outside. There is a bar/coffee shop underneath which is noisy if staying in apartment above. The area is not for people with mobility issues as very hilly. I would stay here again if lucky enough to come to Lisbon.

It is on a great location, near of all points of interest. Good public transpotation. Supermarket at 2 blocks. The apartement was all new, Recently refurbished. The associated with the rental co. Very attentive and cooperative.
