The only thing (person) I liked was Rai, welcoming me. And the free parking as well...

My first room was not clean. Went back to the front desk, got a new room (upgrade, suite) assigned. Went up, this room was also not cleaned. When things happen once, it is a coincidence. but is it happens twice... Although Rai really handled it well, this is something you really can't make up for anymore. It felt like a "hostel" experience. Marriott is making a mistake by allowing places to carry their brand name just for having enough towels in the bathroom.

Front desk gentleman was courteous, professional and patient with me

Unfortunately the bed was too soft for my bad back. Woke up several times during the night

First impression was lasting. Front desk staff was cordial. Respectful and kind.

There is nothing I can necessarily identify.

Lobby and front was clean and orderly. Breakfast was very good and the Sunday staff was very friendly. Close to a lot of restaurants.

The rooms were not a clean as they should have been. Particularly the bathroom. Had to wait for rooms 30 minutes after check in

Breakfast met my needs

Heating in the room, it was very difficult to set the temp on a set dial. It was either too hot, or the A/c would kick on and then it was too cold. The room was much smaller than any other room that I have stayed at Fairfield Inn.
