Hotel Yak & Yeti

I stayed at Yak & Yeti before and after my hike to Everest Base Camp and found the hotel warm and inviting, with incredible attention to detail from the ENTIRE staff. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, the breakfast buffet was extensive with an egg station and yummy surprises brought to your table. Most of all, I must give much praise to the 4th Floor Shangri-La Club Team - Shradha, Amar, and Suman. They were always wonderful, kind, and cheerful. They actually made our day with a surprise for the completion of our hike upon our return. It was like visiting your best friend after a long day out. Highly recommend getting a club-level rooms! You won't regret the hospitality, food, and drink.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Yak & Yeti before and after my EBC Trek. The location is very convenient for walking to great shopping, dining and exploring Kathmandu. From the door greeters, front desk staff, calming gardens, the bar, exceptional breakfast, comfortable rooms, I could not have been more pleased. Special shout out to the Club Shangri-La team on the executive level. Shrada, Amar and Suma went above and beyond with their hospitality and kindness and surprised our trekking team with a wonderful cake and celebration upon returning from EBC. Yak & Yeti was a highlight of my adventure in Nepal!

Before and after our EBC trek we stayed at the Yak & Yeti. The staff are all warm and very helpful. The hotel rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The bar service also excellent. If you want a really nice hotel in Kathmandu this is highly recommended.

We celebrated Mother’s Day with a dinner at Hotel Yak and Yeti, at the Spice Room restaurant, and it was a truly wonderful experience. A special thanks to Rojen Maharjan for being extremely cooperative and supportive throughout. From arranging the invitation to helping with the menu and coordinating the dinner, everything was handled smoothly. Appreciated the effort and hospitality. The food was great.

Every service of hotel Yak & Yati was excellent. Specially foods are very good and healthy. Will miss the hospitality of hotel. Wish to come again with family. Specially will miss MS Muskan. Her behavior with clients are very friendly.

We feel ourselves as a member of Yak n Yati family members. Excellent in all aspects. Ms Muskan cooperate very familiarly n as near one. We remember n miss her very deeply. Wish her very well always.
