Ilfracombe is amazing

Advertised: On site parking Reality: An ugly, unsafe building site where the parking was. We had to hike our stuff and 7 month old from a carpark down the hill, in a heatwave. Parking cost £64.16. Advertised: WiFi Reality: Internet so slow even the speed test page didn't load (I tried all the extensions they provided). The providers were aware of the issue because they mentioned it in the welcome sheet. Advertised: TV Reality: TV didn't work due to no internet.

The flat was light and airy and very comfortable. We all slept well in the beds and appreciated the White Company linens. Our host, Paul, was great; very responsive and accommodating; welcoming us with milk and wine in the fridge and allowing us to use the parking space beyond our checkout time . The flat was in the heart of Ilfracombe, which was ideal for gentle exploration on mature legs!

The only disappointment was that the flat was at the back of the building, so there was no sea view from inside the flat. I think the advertising photograph is misleading as the sea was on the doorstep of the building but not seen from the Eden flat. For that reason, it did not meet expectations, but it is a great flat to stay in, and we had a lovely time

There was no sea view from this property. The photographs in the advert suggested it did.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We were travelling with 2 kids and this was just perfect. Big bonus was a parking spot and a stunning view. Booking.com forgot to mention that we requested a cot - after a quick phone call with Paul, this was sorted very promptly. Both owners were very kind, approachable, helpful and only few doors away to help if needed. This apartment is an excellent spot if you going to see Watermouth Castle, Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, Woolacombe, Combe Martin wildlife and dinasour zoo and a lot more.

We had a graet week in Eden, with very friendly hosts in a fullly-equipped apartment. The location is great, Dogs are welcome.

The cleanliness from outside could be improved a little (edlecially windows). But that's a minor detail.

Great location, parking, spacious apartment with a super comfy bed. Hosts were friendly and helpful and made us most welcome to their lovely rental. Couldn’t have been better!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

A very nice acommodation in the middle of the town. Well equipped and a modern interior. one beach, shops, town square, pubs and restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment has its own parking spaces which is very handy: the parking facilities in twon are busy and on the expensive side. When we arrived the parking space was closed due to maintenance, but our host offered a convenient solution. Be sure that you'll be able to walk stairs and steep hills, both for the apartment and the surroundings :-)

Had everything required for a comfortable stay plus milk & beverages included. Beds were really comfortable.

Bathroom & kitchen fitting were a little tired , however all functional . Hooks or towel rail in general shower room would be a plus , plus a small hanging rail or hooks in second bedroom.

Extremely clean and well equipped property in an excellent location for exploring Ilfracombe. With parking too.
