Everything! Our 5 night stay was brilliant!

The staff at the pool bar were not particularly interested in the efficiency of serving multiple guests and the baggy jeans didn't project professionalism. The staff need managing since it is a 4 star hotel. If they can crack this it would be superb!

I booked a room throgh booking.com / They gave me totally different room and when i went back to reception to ask for my room they refused claiming same room and pictures are for different room more expensive / I showed the guy the photos and my booking from booking.com and the videos that I took of the room he gave me / he simply said that This ia different room tier. I called booking.com and asked for auppprt / Indian lady simply said I tried this but the hotel is claiming that they gave the proper room and I cant od anything and I recommend you to speak to the hotel. Team when i started explaining she simply HU in my face. From 14:30 until 18:00 fighting with booking.com and hotel to get the room.

Muy buena ubicación enfrente de la playa, las piscinas , el wellness y spa muy buenos, rooftop precioso, todo estaba nuevo y limpio.el baño amplio.

En el desayuno la fruta no estaba cortada.la altura de la bañera difícil para entrar y salir. Toallas pequeñas.
