Camera molto pulita, calda e ben arredata . Cucina a disposizione come a casa con macchina del caffè, bollitore e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Colazione abbondante e varia. Il Sig. Antonio molto disponibile ed attento a tutto. Consigliatissimo.

It’s a quite new apartment a few minutes walk from the historical centre. Buses to Bologna Centrale stop in front of the building. Denis and his father are lovely and helpful people.

A bit noisy when the guest next door flushes the toilet.

"Poteva andare meglio..."

La posizione per dove dovevamo andare era comodo!

La colazione molto ridotta con cose confezionate, non proprio a b&b sinceramente per il prezzo che si paga! Un tavolino per 2 persone e le camere sono 3...detto dal propriaterio "chi prima arriva meglio alloggia" altrimenti uno se la porta in camera... Insomma...! La tapparella della nostra camera era rotta quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire del terrazzo, ma la camera l'abbiamo pagata per intero, poteva fare uno sconto per l'inconveniente!
