Not having enough time to spend there

Nice facility. I think Holiday Inns are more expensive than other brands for the same level of amenities.

Check in was slow. Property didnt have a second person to handle the line. Couldn't connect my laptop to the TV. Very annoying.

The hotel is very classy, up to date & simply beautiful. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well-kept.

There is nothing that they could improve on. Wonderful customer service throughout our entire stay!

Just great. the manager on duty was at the check in was great accommodating our needs. Exceptional management. Definitely we will come back!!

I think it’s wrong that you close your restaurant for food at 9 o’clock at night on the weekend, and then do not allow guests to bring any food in from an outside location into the public gathering areas including outside sitting areas. We attended a football game and got back to the hotel at 8:30 at night. Our family group had four rooms which could not accommodate all of us together to eat easily without risking spilling on the white bedding in the rooms. We asked the front desk if there was anywhere else we could all get together to eat since we all came from far out of town and wanted to spend time together and we’re told it was not possible. The staff were very friendly about it, but it was just disappointing that there was no alternative option.
