Villa Raka Managed by Manara

The staff were amazing very helpful always making sure the villa and pool was clean and tidy and any requests we had they always come through. The rooms are so spacious and our girls loved having their own bathrooms and air con.The location is wicked so close to many places to shop for food drinks and clothing. Our kids loved the fact that all the rooms had Netflix such a huge bonus.

The only thing was in the main bedroom the air con wasn't as cold as the other two rooms.

The staff were incredible and very friendly, they were very quick to assist with any queries or questions. The pool and rooms were clean. There was a shop and money changer that was 2 mins walk away which was very convenient. I can’t fault this Villa! 😊

mosquitoes aplenty - inadequate to minimize the bites. breakfast is mediocre. facilities are very run down - like bathtub water drainage seems to clog up - flow down very slowly. pool water a little murky with some debris in the pool. totally not equitable for the amount paid for. I think booking.com is not doing any sort of due diligence in terms of the validity of property rating.

The decking had lose and broken boards and screws sticking up in parts. It was very dangerous. There was also a rat in the villa.

Could walk to down to the beach during the day. And took a bluebird at night when we went down for dinner. Very Quiet. Place was serviced each day. Only there for two nights. Staff were lovely.

Could do with a spruce up, but the price reflected this.

Location was perfect, away from the noise and hectic pace of the city, yet within walking distance to some fantastic eating places and convenience stores. Breakfast each morning was a bonus, food was fresh and tasty. The villa was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Not really a negative, but worth mentioning is the mosquitos (which are unaviodable at this time of year), however we made sure to keep the doors closed and applied repellent (which was supplied).
