"Wonderful place - will be returning"

Incredible place. Wonderful staff. But the strangest approach when driving (thought I'd taken a track by mistake!) From the glass of bubbly on arrival to all the interactions with the staff - the experience was truly wonderful.

The track! But it was an adventure (especially the stone tunnel) and stunning when you got sight of the building. Difficult to think of a single thing that could be improved.

Staff were lovely, hotel on our first night/day was fab, however the second night we were kept awake most of the night, due to a fault on the hotel music system. This ruined the rest of our stay, and the hotel even though contacted several times have done nothing to address this, which is a massive concern for a 5* hotel. Expect better.
