Please note that check-in is at Via Francesco Maria Giancardi 47, just 164 feet from the apartments. Please note that the private beach area is available from 1 June until 30 September. The property is locally known as Monti E Mare. Please use this name when asking for directions. Final cleaning is included. Any cleaning during your stay is upon request and at an extra charge. Please note that the beach restaurant is open from Easter until the end of May, only on weekends. From 1 June until the end of September, it is open for lunch and dinner.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
