Keystone Inn Bed and Breakfast

We had a wonderful stay! The property is really well kept and the bed/pillows were very comfortable! We really liked being able to walk to the downtown area but far enough to where we had a really pleasant nights rest. Breakfasts were delicious! Highly recommend.

Staying at Keystone Inn feels like being welcomed into a beautifully curated museum, an experience that blends historical elegance with warm hospitality. Upon arrival, the hosts greet you with a warm smile and a fascinating introduction to the home’s rich past. They explain that it is a Colonial Revival building from 1913, built during the 50th anniversary of the famous Battle of Gettysburg. The check-in includes a brief history of the property and a few polite rules of conduct, which set a refined and respectful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I especially appreciated the complete toiletries kit, a thoughtful touch that is rare to find. Every detail is arranged with care, giving the impression of staying somewhere special. The common areas are spacious and beautifully furnished. There are several parlors, a cozy living area with a fireplace and an impressive library filled with Civil War books. Every corner invites you to sit, relax and enjoy the history that surrounds you. The decoration and preserved details make the whole property feel authentic and full of character.

Breakfast is organized in three time slots, 8:00, 8:45 or 9:30. I still do not understand the reason for this, especially since there were only three couples staying during our visit. Perhaps it is intended to give each guest a quieter and more private experience, but with such a small number of people it felt unnecessary.

Authentic, super welcoming, hospitable, great clean rooms and superb bed, breakfast is a highlight.

There is nothing not to like, facilities great, parking, less than a mile out of town.

Really nice staff and a fine breakfast. There are a huge amount of books about the battle at Gettysburg.

A beautiful old house with a Gettysburg feel, an excellent breakfast, friendly and professional staff, clean, comfortable. Great setup for full autonomy, and security, private, peaceful.

Loved the location, quieter than downtown. Impeccably clean. Beautiful furnishings & comfortable. Carrie was the perfect hostess. Would recommend completely.
