Great stay

- Einchecken per Schlüsselsafe problemlos; - App. (Nr. 37) geräumig und gut ausgestattet; - sehr gute und ruhige Lage nahe Altstadt und ÖPNV (5 Min. Fußweg); - Bäcker und gutes kleines Café nicht weit entfernt.

- Im Bad könnten zusätzliche Ablagemöglichkeiten nicht schaden; - Der Fahrstuhl bietet grad mal Platz für zwei Personen mit kleinem Gepäck (ist halt schon recht alt); - kaum Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

The apartment provided all necessary conveniences, it's quiet, spacious and located close to the U2 underground (direct link to the airport) and the old town (a 6min walk) with all the relevant sites for a enjoyable weekend visit to Nuremberg.

Nothing to complain about. If anything, we had some confusion locating the entrance, as there seems to be two separated entryways to the building on either side of a corner. All good!

The apartment was great and Very clean. Very good value for money. There was just a bit problem with our apartment door and ANYA was very attentive and helpful to give us an alternative Apartment which is the PENTHOUSE. of the same building. My family was delighted. Difinetely recommending this apartment.

I had an extremely unpleasant stay and cannot recommend this property: -Severe heat: On arrival, the room was more than 30 °C inside. Despite requesting a fan, the owner ignored me until I involved Booking customer service; only then was a fan delivered—five minutes after Booking´s intervention. -Owner’s conduct: He was rude and dismissive, even laughing when I explained my medical risk due to the heat. -Poor insulation & noise: Walls and window let in heat and noise from the other rooms day and night. -Privacy issues: Windows face neighboring rooms; curtains must be fully closed to avoid being seen. -Cleanliness & accuracy: There was a blood splatter on the window, and the room looked far worse than in the listing photos. Overall, avoid this property unless you want to risk discomfort, bad service, and misleading advertising.
