Location was great and lobby area plus having Starbucks. BUT room was so humid! I sweated and not that comfortable. I expected more from doubletree.

Room temperature was humid all the time. Weird!

Feb 9, 2026 stay. Great staff. Both front desk and restaurant staff provided good service with a smile. Great location to Broadway...easy walk from hotel. Rooms could use some updating

Had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Nashville, and Manny from valet really stood out. Super friendly, helpful, and made arriving and leaving the hotel so easy. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. Thanks for the awesome service, Manny!

Housekeeping issues: 1) I attended a conference and had an empty water bottle from the conference in my room. Housekeeping reported it as using a guest water (different brand than my conference bottle) and I was charged. I was able to get the charge reversed via a phone call with the front desk. Nonetheless, it took my time and was negligible on housekeeping. 2) My bathroom sink did not drain properly. I reported it at checkout. If housekeeping is doing its job, then why wasn’t it noticed when the room was cleaned and reset for my check in. It makes you wonder how much cleaning is actually occurring.

Fabian at the front desk was very nice and apologetic with everything happening.

There was a group of about 900 preteens/teens while we were there. They were loud, disrespectful and unsupervised. They ran the halls, the elevators and pretty much the entire hotel. They couldn't even have the "live music" in the bar/restaurant because you couldn't hear it over all the kids. Terrible experience for what we had to pay for.
