Poorly/Shabbily maintained properly

location is great.

Rooms were not not equipped with basic facilities. 1) Good night/allout was needed but not there 2) No hot water to drink 3) Water was paid 4) A pair of slippper should be there, was not needed. 5) Lighting was not proper. Single switch was connected to all four lights 6) No chair, table was there in the room

Location of the hotel is good.There are many shops nearby whether related dining or grocery.The room was clean and bathroom specifically was clean enough as per what we customers desire.

They didn't provide bathing soap and hand wash in the bathroom.The manager said that service will be different if I book at a discount from Booking.com than if I don't.Less facilities will be provided if i book a room online but not if i book there with charges they have offline.

I dislike everything

The things I don't like are: 1.No service available. 2.The room, including the bedsheets and bathroom, is not clean. 3.They charge for water instead of providing it. 4.No soap is provided for bathing. 5.No food is available when I want to eat because the chef is on leave.

I was impressed by how attentive the staff was to our needs. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Great Room size and cleanliness.
