Sunset was beautiful

Our third stay at Hotel and once again proved it truly lives up to its name—“In Excelsis”. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with perfectly maintained indoor and outdoor pools.. Breathtaking view. The staff and owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is nice, everything is really clean and well maintained. The staff who is mostly not Croatian was amazing, very polite and kind. Breakfast was great (maybe missed some more vegan options, like vegan milk), with really good coffee. It is really nice that you can take your coffee or team to the pool deck during breakfast. Pool area is nice, saunas big and clean. The view and sunset from the pool deck are really nice.

The mattress was too soft and not really comfortable, you only get one huge pillow. Towles on the pool/sauna smelled a bit bad, like mold and didn't really feel clean. Water in the pool (indoor) was a bit cold, the jacuzzi was also cold and kids were in it all the time, even though there was a sign that children must not use it. Also, the outdoor pool was nice, but really really cold so unusable in May.
