the location is very good. Apartment is bright and warm. Communication with the host is quick and easy.

the shower faucet is broken. Apartment and terraces are a bit worn and dirty.

Great location and some great tapas bars around. Very good service from Sur Suites. The air con wasn’t working and this was fixed within 24 hours. Also shutter was not working and someone came immediately to fix it. Impressive customer service!

The apartment could do with fresh paint. The couch and chair are very dirty and need to be cleaned. The balcony with the table appears bigger in the photos and it isn’t suitable for 5 people- as you have to pull the table out and little space etc. the balcony lights on the upper balcony do not work.

Location is great - a 15mins walk to the beach, various local cafes and a grocery shop just downstairs. Free parking on the roads also so having a car was not an issue.

Unfortunately the pictures are not a fair representation of what the property currently looks like. Not clean at all nor well looked after. Host sent cleaners in the next day for secondary clean but still sub standard. Walls are tired, hairs and used razor in shower, en suite blocked, roof terrace unusable as cushions are stained and sodden, roof shower no longer in existence and BBQ in no fit state to be used. Floors not cleaned and I am not confident that bedding had been laundered. Additionally, the communal pool was not open as it was being treated. Particular issue however was cockroaches in the kitchen. Initially it was implied that we had brought these with us in our luggage, however I have noted that a guest review before ours referenced the same issue (We noticed too late!). Overall a real shame as with a DEEP clean and update this property would be lovely. The host did offer an alternative property but this was of even worse repair then the apartment that we had booked. Additionally we were asked to not leave “too harsh” a review and that a discount would be provided on our next visit. For me it is far more important for others to not experience what we endured…

We can honestly say it is the best apartment we have ever stopped in every thing about it was exceptional and we hope to go back

Todella hieno ja rauhallinen huoneisto. Kauppa ja muut palvelut ihan vieressä. Upea terassi.

Renligheten och det var fräscht. Mindre bra att vi ej visste att poolen inte var i bruk först 1 juni. V hade räknat med att ha tillgång till poolen.
