The Code Hotel & Spa

Worst experience in 2 weeks Vietnam trip. Hotel looks beautifully designed, but once you exit elevator see dirty corridors and not so clean rooms. You might be tempted by 4 stars and cheap price, but remember what you pay is what you get, and it is not 4 stars by any standards.

The Code is a fantastic destination for anyone seeking luxury and comfort. From its modern design to its customer service, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Mai Xuan, was the highlight of the experience. Mai Xuan was not only incredibly attentive and caring but also very charming. Her care made me feel welcomed like family, and it truly made my vacation extra special.

Modern clean hotel with good services, right on the beach within easy reach of good restaurants and bars, well appointed rooms, many with sea view. Even though mine didn’t have a sea view, it had a good city view with a small balcony. And walk in showers!!

Code Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for the hotel and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

I always get an upgrade in every property I’ve stayed at, regardless if it’s local or international. But so far this is the best upgrade I ever had.I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the young lady (forgot her name) who welcomes me cheerfully at the reception during my late night arrival. Not to mention I was upgraded to a Penthouse with a panoramic Oceanview, which is double the size of my originally booked unit. Not only that, the staffs prepared a cute little surprise for my birthday for my ever visit in Da Nang. I truly appreciate it. May your kindness and generosity prosper 😉

Somewhat isolated from seafood restaurants and bars along the beach. Good view of the beach and sunrise over the ocean. Good breakfast buffet.

Cozy Hotel.

ダナン中心の喧騒からは少し離れたソンチャーにある静かなホテル。ホテルの目の前にはすぐビーチがあり、朝日を浴びながらの早朝散歩が気持ちいい。散歩の後は種類豊富なビュッフェ朝食。新鮮なフルーツや目の前で焼いてくれる目玉焼き、本場のベトナムコーヒーなどどれもおいしかった。レストランではMai Xuanという名前のきれいな女性スタッフがとてもよくしてくれました。感謝します。また屋上にはプールがありとてもリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。

初めてのベトナム旅行で泊まらせて頂きました。 ホテル内でバイクのレンタルも可能だった為、とても助かりました。部屋もベランダから海を眺めることが出来てとても満足してもおります。また朝食の種類も多く、スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。特にquỳnhさんがとてもサービスが良く、すれ違う度に笑顔で挨拶されて、とても良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。とてもいい思い出になりました。

It was not bad but I would definitely not come back & not recommend this hotel to others. Pros : Front desk staffs are good, professional (only when I arrived. When I checked out, they didn’t care if I enjoyed the stay or not) Restaurant waitress are nice, friendly, caring. They provide many services such as : car service, motorbike rental, sightseeing trips , … it’s very convenient for tourists. Cons : No doorman / bellman so it’s mean when you arrive and leave hotel, you have take care your luggages and open the entrance door by yourself. When I finished the check out till I went outside to get in taxi, I had to carry all my luggages downstairs while the staff sat outside smoking and looking at us! Is it worth being an 4 star hotel? Security guards at the basement were as cold as ice. They were never smile. Very poor customer service! And about the room, it was an uncomfortable stay the “weird” design of the hotel. The sea view is blocked by “code design” that made us extremely uncomfortable. If you want a nice sea view from your room, please don’t stay here. When opening the balcony’s window, it was dirty (pic below), I really don’t understand what kind of this design is. Toilet was not really clean. The towel was torn and old (pic below). Overall, this is not worth being an 4 star hotel. Uncomfortable, disappointed, unhappy stay. There isn’t any reason for me to come back again.
