The area was pretty loud. Karaoke all night long and lot of street sounds. The room key is an actual Key that had an attached wand to place in a slot where the lights and AC were controlled. It was really hot when we went and this key system made it so that if you left, you had to stop ac, which meant you came back to a room with no AC and it took forever to cool it off again. Also only one key so if you had multiple people in your room, only one key is inconvenient. The room was spacious for Japanese standard. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My second time staying at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. It was just the right amount of space for me. One of my favorite things is that the room key services multiple purposes, from getting into the room and also providing power to everything, so I find that very cool.
