We stay in high-end hotels quite often, but this is the first time we’ve had such a negative experience. Upon check-in, the first thing we noticed was that there wasn’t a single bottle of drinking water in the room. We’ve seen this once before, but that was in a budget hotel—not somewhere like Radisson Blu. But it got even stranger. We couldn’t find any slippers or bathrobes. At first, we assumed it was just an oversight and that they had simply forgotten to place them in the room. Imagine our surprise when the reception told us they come at an extra charge! This is especially odd considering the hotel has a wellness area, where such items are obviously essential. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Even the cheapest hotels usually provide bathrobes and slippers along with towels as a standard. And here—at a Radisson—it’s not included. A very unpleasant experience overall. It feels like the hotel is trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of guests for basic things that are normally included in the room price at other hotels. I’m very doubtful that I will ever book a room at Radisson Blu again.

Localisation parfaite. Piscine intérieure et sauna agréables. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Réceptionniste très limite qui nous recommande de petit déjeuner tôt pour qu’il reste à manger … et de façon générale est assez cavalier. Grève hôtelière quand on y était : le roof top et le restaurant étaient fermés mais aucune compensation n’a été proposée. Donc en clair, le rapport qualité prix n’y était pas.

La instalación del desayuno es muy pequeña para la cantidad de pasajeros !!, y la calidad es muy pobre . Incluso vi moscas en los quesos !!!
