Convenient and quiet. Was able to do my laundry twice with the heat in Da Nang. Very cloe to thrift stores nearby. Beach is also walking distance. Safe to walk around in even at night. No stray dogs.

Dryer wasn’t working, but they had readily available hangers and clothesline for drying.

The staff are very attentive and sincere in ensuring my needs are taken care of. The boss even helped to send me and my big suitcase on his bike to my new hotel which is just around the corner. They're helpful from the start till the very end of my stay. This is rare. Thank you casa!

The only little thing that could be improved is to clean better the floor of the room. For the rest everything was clean.

Good size room, great AC and bathroom facilities. Cheap motorcycle hire!! Helped us resolve with a missing item left in hoi an- went above and beyond to communicate with previous hotel for us to reunite us with lost item. Helpful and lovely staff. Very close to the beach facilities too.
