入住時，遇到一直跳電的問題，不確定是否為常態，但房東很快速積極地在幫忙解決問題，也確實有解決了，但跳電確實也帶來了困擾。 清潔頻率少，入住三晚沒有清潔服務，垃圾、食物會放太久、堆積，希望能增加清潔服務的頻率，整體入住感受會更好！

需要自己搬行李到前台，有一个很长的台阶。 我住的房间窗户无所锁紧，前台跟我说第二天来修，但是到了第二天没有人来。因为在主路旁，无法关闭的窗户让房间很吵闹

I got a balcony room and my balcony was facing a wall. When asked about the "city view" promised i was told i can see it through the window not the balcony (cheeky) and was told every floor except the top floor has the same view. I find it highly unlikely that there would be no negative reviews about this. Especially compared to other hotels around you could find cheaper for better.

中日にホイアンに行ったのですが、ここのホテルが良くて戻ってきました！ 安いのに広さも清潔さもあって、とても快適でした。 ロケーションも海に近く、レストランもたくさんありました！

Location was great in a quiet street but still close to the stores and the beach. Room was was spacious enough and had good room for all your belongings.

Only cold water from kitchen faucet which made washing the dishes a bit difficult.

Everything was perfect except the utensils. Utensils were not clean
