Ottima la posizione, vicinissima al centro storico. Ci si sposta tranquillamente a piedi. La staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Le tende non sono oscuranti. Suggerisco la mascherina per chi non riesce a dormire con la luce.

The location was very good, everything was within walking distance. The person who gave us the keys was very helpful.

The TV didn't work on the first day, right during the World Cup. The beds are very small, narrow. They gave us a phone number to call when we arrived. I hate things like that anyway, because it's uncertain. I was rightly worried, no one answered the phone. Luckily, there was another phone number written in small letters on an advertising board at the gate, we called it, and someone answered it. I expressed my concern in advance, but no one cared. The hotel is not to blame for this, I emphasize this, but in this hotel, after a cancellation, booking.com has still not refunded the amount I was entitled to! They've only been writing letters for two months, but the money hasn't been refunded!
