Hotel Youri Il Magnifico

Nothing, unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the property. Despite booking in advance and paying for a stay in which we did not have the pleasure of enjoying! Michael was unresponsive and completely unhelpful. As a result of his intentional ambiguity and inability to provide good customer service. After travelling from Canada, being impacted by the strikes, we were forced to book another accommodation. This was completely unacceptable !

Michael should not be in a client facing role! He is rude and unprofessional and does not adequately represent the incredible Italian hospitality we’ve witnessed so far on our trip. I highly recommend for your business long heavily and brand strength that you remove him from his role.

Non ho usufruito della colazione, la camera aveva un letto comodo, ma da influenzato non ho potuto godermi appieno il soggiorno. Il gestore è stato una persona squisita e molto disponibile. Solo quello vale la spesa affrontata

Piccoli accorgimenti che farebbero piacere a chi ci soggiorna, come la possibilità di farsi un bidè, magari con una prolunga che si colleghi al water. Oppure dentifricio e shampoo o una spugnetta per lavarsi....

Posizione ottima in un bel palazzo signorile. Camera semplice ma dotata di diversi servizi molto apprezzati: aria condizionata, macchina per il caffè e dispencer con acqua fredda e calda per tisane. Il responsabile alla reception molto gentile e disponibile.
