Wir wurden sehr freundlich behandelt. Alberto war mit seinen Tipps sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück im Glaspavillon im wunderbaren Garten entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen. Die Lage der Villa ist optimal.

"Insolito weekend al mare in villa"

Affascinante villa storica con immenso giardino, comodo parcheggio interno privato per auto e biciclette, bella l'idea della colazione a buffet nel gazebo, ottima posizione per chi come noi desidera esplorare la zona in bicicletta, il proprietario Alberto veramente simpatico e disponibile.

Rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Haus befindet sich in einem großen Garten direkt an der Hafenpromenade, trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und sauber, Host Alberto geht trotz leichter Sprachbarriere in Englisch auf alle Wünsche ein, beim Frühstück etwa. Sehr nett!

Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit, Tolles Grundstück , Parkplatz

Duftzerstäuber im Schlafraum die leider immer wieder durchs Personal eingeschaltet wurden, leicht feuchter Geruch im Raum

"Bel giardino,ma camera invivibile"

Ampio giardino intorno alla struttura e posizione centrale

Camera piccolissima ed arredata con mobilio scadente. Affaccio sull'area box auto del palazzo vicino con conseguente scarsa illuminazione della stessa. Il prezzo è eccessivo per la qualità dell'alloggio.

Grande accoglienza in questa bella struttura prospiciente al canale. Camera ampia e pulita, adorna di elementi decorativi. Ma il punto di forza è il grande parco, col gazebo in vetro per le colazioni, il terrario con le tartarughe, i grandi pini marittimi, ideale per trascorrere ore lente e spensierate.

Alberto, il titolare, è una macchina da guerra e sa condurre i propri affari. Siatene avvertiti e non rimarrete delusi.
