La atención de Melina, el desayuno en la terraza y la ubicación. El parking viene muy bien y es fácil acceder

Que la cafetera estuviera en la puerta de mi habitación en vez de en la sala común, me despertaron varias veces otros huéspedes

Very good location within walking distance of the cathedral, shops, restaurants, palace etc. Lovely staff; very helpful at check-in (there was no kettle in our room, but one was supplied on request as we don't drink coffee). Nice decor. Good sound insulation (so not too noisy in the rooms). Generally pleasant place to stay. Liked the roof terrace though not as lovely as it looks in the pics.

Our room was smaller than we expected (for the price) and tiny bathroom - water not really hot enough for our morning shower. We booked the room because it had a terrace and though lovely (nice comfy chairs) it was soooo noisy (predictable in the middle of a city but just saying). Breakfast disappointing and not worthy of the room rate (cheap sliced bread, bacon and scrambled egg past their best - we were quite late to breakfast, though not too late, and both had been sitting in a pan getting cold); no fresh eggs to order; barely any fruit (only melon slices). On this basis alone we are unlikely to return.

Dante was so welcoming and took such pride in the hotel particularly the beautifully presented breakfast on the terrace. And the receptionist was incredibly helpful, giving us great advice about where to go and helping me with my Italian.

I liked everything. Not a bad word to say about it.

Hard to overstate what a great location this is. Literally next to Porta Nuova and the Royal Palace, 5 mins from the Cathedral and all the shops and restaurants of central Palermo, but also very easy to drive to (by Palermo standards) and parking is on site. Rooms are great and the staff (especially Dante) extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good especially bacon and eggs.

It is noisy but only on the terrace (it’s Palermo!). Soundproofing within the rooms is very good.
