L'hôtel était vraiment situé parfaitement, tout à pied y compris une gare permettant d'aller à l'aéroport. L'hôtel est propre et très accueillant. L'équipe est parfaite, attentive, accueillante, on nous a partagé pleins de bonnes adresses et des conseils sur les visites. Le petit déjeuner est très simple mais très complet et agréable.

L’accueil de Dante en arrivant même tard, et de Mélina via WhatsApp étaient top ! Emplacement IDÉAL pour visiter Palerme. Les chambres sont très propre et bon petit déjeuner .

Es war einfach alles super. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir schon vorab per WhatsApp alle Infos und viele Ausflugstipps bekommen haben – und auch während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Kommunikation war wirklich großartig. Und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Alle sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
