Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious meals.

Internet is sometimes very low.

The pool, the garden, and the rooms are super nice! Perfect for some relaxing time, and it is super handy for the airport! We actually appreciated the fact that it wasn’t right where all the tourist attractions are in Alona beach. This place is like 10/15 mins away by motorbike or Tuk Tuk.

beautiful large room with private pool on the back and a patio at the entrance. The staff was very kind and arranged transportation and the rent of a motorbike. Very good breakfast with different choices. Good WIFI everywhere in the hotel. Safety box.

The hotel is quite isolated and you need tricycle or motorbike to go everywhere. The reception is until 8 pm and nobody in the lobby after that time.

Nice resort, big room with private pool, comfortable and with privacy. Great potential, but ruined by the quality of the staff working here.

Big negative for the staff. From the boys cleaning the rooms more interested to smoke, laugh, make noise without any consideration for the customers. When you ask for the room to be cleaned they come 4h later. When they clean the room, it's like they are having a party, loud and disrespectful. I honestly believe the cleaning staff needs to be fired and replaced. Another negative would be the lack of signal on the credit card machine. Probably to do with Telco and banks more than the resort. Am not so sure.
