Access to facility thue dining room , hard to move between the tables with luggage. No elevator. The water smell like hell. Noisy. The smell coming from AC system is terrible. Breakfast un eatble

Miła właścicielka obiektu, no i może to że jest czysto i pokój był duży. To tyle i tylko tyle.

Śmierdząca woda do mycia. Woda po myciu stała pod prysznicem (dosłownie zalewała łazienkę), zlew również się zapychał. Łóżko było niewygodne, wyglądało jakby stało na słowo honoru. Klimatyzacja nie działała (jedynie słychać było jej hałas), było gorąco w pokoju. Ale i tak większy hałas robili goście, którzy imprezowali do 2-3 w nocy. Obok jest restauracja, więc szykujcie się że będzie głośno. Człowiek który przyjechał się wyspać, niestety nie miał możliwości odpocząć. Budynek jest na uboczu, więc prawdopodobnie będzie czuć wiejskie zapachy. Jak na kilka pokoi, śniadanie było bardzo słabe. Mały wybór. Kawa była bardzo słaba. Jedzenie było głównie pakowane w plastiku. Ale co ważne, nie polecam rejestracji, niby jest on-line, ale wymaga zrobienia sobie zdjęcia, wraz z dowodem( a podobno jest rodo) xD ale uprzykrzające życie było otwieranie drzwi z aplikacji. Z jednej strony niby nowoczesność, z drugiej strony brak podstaw, jak choćby czystej wody. Myślę że kolejnym razem, będąc w okolicy, jednak byśmy ominęli to miejsce.

We booked four nights but left after two because the stay became very uncomfortable. • Water quality: The tap water was heavily discolored and had a strong odor. Staff mentioned it was “only iron,” but this did not make us comfortable using it. We would have appreciated a full explanation before booking, so we could have decided whether it was acceptable. • Rooms: Even after switching rooms, the water issue remained. On the second night, dozens of cicadas entered the room, disrupting our sleep and making us feel uncomfortable. • Noise: That same night, very loud music continued until 2 a.m., making sleep impossible. This was particularly difficult for me, as I was in the area for work and needed proper rest. After raising these issues, the hotel manager communicated with us in a friendly way and agreed in person to refund the last two nights. Based on this, we booked another hotel and checked out. Unfortunately, the refund was later denied, and we were charged for all four nights. We believe that guests should be clearly informed in advance about the water quality, the possibility of cicadas in the rooms, and potential noise from the restaurant, so they can make an informed decision before booking. Our expectations were modest – we simply hoped for a clean, comfortable place to sleep – but even this basic standard was not met.
